Get quality remote support for your mobile device directly from a technician. The Zoho Assist - Customer app allows technicians to provide remote support through screen sharing, chat and remotely control your Samsung device. In case of other devices, although technicians cannot remotely control the device, screen-sharing is still possible.

How to start a session:

Step 1: Download and install the Zoho Assist - Customer app.

Step 2.a: The technician will send you an email containing an invite to the remote session. Click the link on the email and open it with the Zoho Assist - Customer app to get your remote support session started.

Step 2.b: Instead of sending you an invitation link, the technician can also send you the session key directly. Open the Zoho Assist - Customer app and enter the session key to start the remote support session.

Step 3: After your consent, the technician will remotely access your device to provide support. The technician will also be able to securely chat with you. Touch the back button (either on the top-left or the native back button) to end the session anytime.

Come avviare una sessione:

Passo 1: Scaricare e installare lo Zoho Assist - App del cliente.

Passaggio 2.a: Il tecnico ti invierà una e-mail contenente un invito alla sessione remota. Fai clic sul link sulla email e aprirlo con lo Zoho Assist - applicazione del cliente per ottenere la vostra sessione di supporto remoto iniziato.

Passo 3: Dopo il tuo consenso, il tecnico accedere in remoto il dispositivo per fornire supporto. Il tecnico sarà anche in grado di chattare in modo sicuro con te. Toccare il pulsante Indietro (sia sul pulsante posteriore nativo in alto a sinistra o) per terminare la sessione di qualsiasi momento.

Caratteristiche:

- Condividi il tuo schermo in modo sicuro con il tecnico

- In caso di un dispositivo di Samsung, consente al tecnico di controllare a distanza il dispositivo.

- Mettere in pausa e riprendere la condivisione dello schermo e l'accesso in qualsiasi momento.

- Chat direttamente con il proprio tecnico dalla app.
